Significant reduction in size
The slim housing saves a great deal of installation height, avoiding the pressure caused by low ceilings, and the body can be flipped up and down for a variety of environmental configurations.

Constant airflow and slight positive pressure design
Constant airflow
Uneven or insufficient airflow can often be caused by improper ducting. The constant airflow design of the thin housing ERV ensures stable airflow within effective duct length, excessive length and too many bends on pipe.
Slight positive pressure design
Allow the outside air volume into the room to be larger than the air volume exhausted to the outdoors, so that the interior of the room is in a state of slight positive pressure, effectively preventing the outdoor stale air from entering the room through all the gap in windows and doors, thus ensuring the freshness of the air inside the room.

Multiple-layer air filter with high efficiency of filtration
Effectively blocking and filtering all kinds of pollutants from outdoor by pre-filter and PM2.5 advanced filter so that to constantly supplying fresh air indoors. The efficiency of one - time filtration is more than 90%.
✽The pre-filter is recommended to be cleaned every three months, and PM2.5 advanced filter is recommended to be replaced two to four times a year(it depends on the different environmental conditions)

Temperature exchange efficiency is more than 80%

Detecting type controller AL-7
This series works with "detecting controller AL-7" to detect the concentrations of CO2 and PM2.5, ambient temperature and humidity. Intelligently control the ERV to process three ventilation modes according to different environmental conditions.

Intelligent ventilation
The AL-7 automatically detects the concentration of CO2 and PM2.5 in the room and displays them on the AL-7 control panel. When one of them reaches the alarm level, it will intelligently adjust the operation mode to keep the air fresh in the room. The ERV can be operated at all times in an optimal condition to save energy.

Heat ventilation (Cooling in summer,heat in winter)

The heat exchange efficiency of the thin housing ERV is about 60-73%, therefore, the ERV core can reduce the temperature of the outdoor air intake while the indoor air conditioner is running, let the intake air to be the similar indoor temperature. This way will not only prevent the loss of comfortable temperature, but also save on air conditioning costs and meet energy-efficient green building standards.

By-pass ventilation

1.This function can also be used to reduce the burden on air conditioners in facilities that require all-day air conditioning throughout the year when the outdoor temperature is lower than the indoor temperature.
2.This function can be used at night to lower the indoor temperature and reduce the initial operating load of the air conditioner on the next day.

Airflow mode description
Various airflow settings are available according to the needs of the indoor environment to maintain optimum indoor air quality.

Air pre - heater
When using the detecting type controller (AL-7), the "Air pre - heater" can be added to the ERV system.
The HEAT icon will be displayed on the panel after installation for start/stop. AL-7 is equipped with a protective device, when the ERV is turned off, the "Air pre - heater" will also be turned off.
